Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) º£½Ç»»ÆÞ County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 Experimental [Prohibition of Waiting on Eachway and Holmes Drive, Rednal]


On 14 November 2024 º£½Ç»»ÆÞ County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Rednal:

Holmes Drive: (North side) from a point of its junction with Eachway for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. (South side) from a point of its junction with Eachway for a distance of 10 metres in westerly direction.

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 5 December 2024 and remain in force for a maximum of period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
