EnviRecover opened in 2017 and is the Energy Recovery Facility in Hartlebury where the majority of Herefordshire & º£½Ç»»ÆÞ’s waste goes and is burned to generate electricity. It takes both the black/grey bin and the non-recyclable waste from all of Herefordshire & º£½Ç»»ÆÞ's Household Recycling Centres.
It generates enough electricity to power 35,000 homes; the equivalent of all the homes in Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley. For more information visit the .
