Four new Healthy º£½Ç»»ÆÞ venues have opened across the county this month.
These free local health and wellbeing sessions are all about feeling good and connecting with others.
The new sessions are at:
- Kidderminster Medical Centre, Thursdays 2:00 to 4:00pm
- The Lenches Club, Evesham, Fridays 2:00 to 4:00pm
- Oakenshaw Community Centre, Redditch, Thursdays 10:00am to 12:00pm
- Stourport Medical Centre, Fridays 10:00am to 12:00pm
Take part in gentle exercises, hear health tips, get safety advice, and discover local activities.
If you can’t get to a session, join the free hybrid session online, Tuesdays at 6.45pm.
