Meet the officers

Hello! We are the two new co-production officers appointed by the Council and NHS Herefordshire and º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Lots of people have said that the Council and local health services need to listen more to children and young people. We have been asked to help make this better.

About Chanika and Amy

My name is Chanika Benain. I have taught in a specialist school for the past 10 years and before this, in early years settings. I am excited to hear your voices, views and opinions on the services in º£½Ç»»ÆÞ and work together with you to help make your services better.

I’m Amy Knight. I am autistic and have ADHD. I have worked in º£½Ç»»ÆÞ for 20 years, teaching Geography. I also recently worked in a mainstream autism base.  I am looking forward working with you to make meaningful change.
